When you land two kegs like this, it's not enough to just tap them. You need to sit down with good company and good food. Therefore we thought a celebration was in order. Two beers and two traditional Belgian meals.
First up a hearty bowl of Carbonade flamande with fresh crusty bread accompanied by Chimay Tripel. It wouldn't be Belgian without finishing off with some waffles matched with Karmeliet Tripel.
This event is ticketed ($55) and strictly limited.
NB: The kegs are only 20 litres (70 pots if no wastage!), so they won't last long after being tapped. Tickets guarantee at least one of each during the dinner and they will be available throughout the night, if you need more!
